Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of mybeautifulchurchproject.com and the services of My Beautiful Church Project (“we,” “us”): our content studio (“the Studio”) and our free creative school (“the School”). By using the site or our services, you agree to them.

The Studio

The Studio creates social media content on a monthly subscription. Plans are month to month, with no long-term contract:

• Starter ($200/month): consistent designed posts for one platform
• Growth ($300/month): more content than Starter, including short videos
• Full Studio ($500/month): our most content, across more platforms, with in-person photo/video shoots

The exact amount of content in your plan is confirmed with you in writing at your kickoff call. Each plan includes captions, scheduling and a monthly check-in. Unused content doesn't roll over to the next month. For Starter and Growth, videos are edited from footage you provide.

Anything outside your plan, like websites, extra shoots or rush work, is a separate project. We'll quote it first and only start with your approval.

Billing

When you start a project, you add a card on file through Stripe, our payment processor. You are not charged at that time. Billing begins once we kick off your project together, and your plan then renews automatically each month on the same date until you cancel.

Prices are in US dollars and don't include any applicable taxes. If a payment fails, we'll let you know, and we may pause work until it's resolved.

Your content and approvals

You're responsible for the materials you give us (logos, photos, product details and so on) and for having the right to use them. We'll share content for your approval before publishing on your behalf. Marketing results depend on many things outside our control, so we don't guarantee specific results.

Ownership

Once paid for, the final content and deliverables we create for you are yours to use. Third-party assets such as stock photos, music or fonts remain subject to their own licenses. We may show work we made for you in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Websites and other projects

Website projects are quoted and agreed separately. Domain names, hosting and third-party tools may have their own costs and terms. If you leave, we'll help transfer your website, domain and any account access to you.

The School

The School is free. Whatever you build there belongs to you. Participants under 18 need permission from a parent or guardian, and children under 13 must attend with one.

We ask everyone to be kind, respectful and safe. We may remove anyone whose behavior puts others at risk or disrupts the community. Photos and video may be taken at School events; let us know if you'd rather not be featured.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime. See our Cancellation Policy for how it works.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here with an updated date, and for active clients we'll give notice of meaningful changes before they take effect.
