We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to work with you, we never sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
What we collect
- School sign-ups: your email address.
- Starting a project: your name, email, phone, role, business details, goals, services you need, and anything else you choose to tell us.
- Job applications: your name, contact details, location, portfolio and social links, experience and availability.
- Payment details: your card is entered on Stripe's secure page and stored by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider automatically processes things like IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site.
How we use it
To reply to you, provide and bill for our services, send School updates you asked for, review job applications, and keep the site secure. We don't use your information for anything else, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run things:
- Stripe, for payments
- Supabase, which stores form submissions
- Vercel, which hosts the website
- Google Fonts, which serves the site's fonts
We may also share information if required by law.
Cookies
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as required for tax and accounting records.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop emailing you, at any time. Just reply to any email from us or reach out through our website.
Children
The School welcomes young people with a parent or guardian's permission. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without a parent's consent. If you're a parent and think your child shared information with us, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with an updated date.
