No contracts, no cancellation fees. You can cancel your Studio plan anytime.

How to cancel

Reply to any email from us or let your contact at the Studio know. We'll confirm your cancellation in writing.

Before we kick off

If your card is on file but we haven't started your project, you can cancel anytime and you will never be charged. Ask us and we'll remove your card from Stripe.

After we've started

Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you won't be billed again. Because each month is planned and paid for up front, we don't offer partial refunds for a month that has already started. We'll finish the work scheduled for that month and hand over all completed files.

Your accounts and files

We'll hand back access to any social accounts we managed for you, along with the finished posts and videos from your plan.

Changing plans

You can move up or down a plan anytime. Changes take effect on your next billing date.

If something isn't right

If we didn't deliver what we promised, tell us. We'll make it right, and if we can't, we'll refund you for the work we didn't do.
